TECUMSEH, MI – Tecumseh Public Faculties has punished Athletic Director Jon Zajac for organizing a basketball follow throughout a time that the state had suspended all faculty sports activities actions.

A non-criminal grievance was filed with TPS towards Zajac on Nov. 28. The grievance stemmed from Zajac organizing a basketball follow together with his son and another Tecumseh Excessive College college students at an open health club at an area church on Nov. 25.
Those self same college students participated in a event in Toledo, Ohio, on Nov. 28. The impartial investigation, which concluded on Dec. 23, discovered Zajac violated the Michigan Division of Well being and Human Providers order issued on Nov. 15.
The state order suspended all faculty sports activities actions and stated coach-player contact and actions for all sports activities was solely allowed in digital communication.
